Rachelle Minkoff, LCSW

Rachelle Minkoff is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who treats adults of all ages, ethnicities, genders and sexualities. She is a graduate of Princeton University and New York University Graduate School of Social Work.

Over the past 20 years, Rachelle has provided individual, couples and group therapy in a variety of settings, including outpatient community mental health clinics and The Institute of Living. These experiences have given her the opportunity to work with clients undergoing external stressors and life transitions, as well as those living with acute and chronic mental illness, such as Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder and Depression. Knowing that no one type of therapy provides all the answers, Rachelle uses psychodynamic, insight- focused, interpersonal, cognitive-behavioral, expressive, trauma-informed, social justice and mind/body techniques to guide patients on their journey toward acceptance and change.

Above all, Rachelle believes that the collaborative client-therapist relationship itself, by restoring connection to self and others, is the foundation of healing.
