G. Grant Holtzberg, Ph.D.

G. Grant Holtzberg, Ph.D. received his doctorate from Case Western Reserve University and is a Clinical Psychologist with 35 years of experience in the treatment of adults, couples, and adolescent populations.

Dr. Holtzberg is in his 25th year at PHA using a broadly psychodynamic and relational model in the treatment of mood, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and personality disorders. In addition to his skills in psychotherapy, Dr. Holtzberg gives talks in the community on parenting today’s teenager and consults with many boarding and prep schools throughout central and northern Connecticut.

When out of the office, Grant loves traveling, giving back through mission trips overseas, heading down to Manhattan and catching a Broadway show or designing, manicuring, and relaxing among his gardens at home.
