Eleanor Fritz, PhD, PMHNP, APRN, CS

Eleanor Fritz PhD, PMHNP, APRN, CS, has over 25 years of clinical experience in treating patients along a developmental continuum in a variety of settings.

She received her PhD from the University of Pittsburgh, and completed a Post Masters at University of Saint Joseph in 2014.

She is licensed to conduct psychotherapy, diagnosis , and prescribe psychotherapeutic agents for a wide spectrum of disorders. She has great interest in treating adolescents, teens, adults and seniors with challenges they encounter in their daily lives. She has years of treating medically compromised patients with psychiatric disorders in collaboration with their community providers. She has expertise in treating mood disorders, depression, anxiety, psychosis, traumatic experiences, marital, family challenges, psychogeriatric, psychosexual issues as well as drug and alcohol related disorders. Her approach is to evaluate the whole person with a psychodynamic, and solution focused format utilizing CBT, MET, DBT framework and generate a collaborative plan of care to be implemented. Her goals of treatment are to facilitate less psychological concerns and to promote the patient to their highest level of wellness on an individualized health continuum .
